Last updated October 4, 2026

This policy covers Aelux Systems LLC and this website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from that app's listing and inside the app, which explains what that app collects and how it's used. If an app's policy differs from this one, the app's policy applies to that app.

Who we are

Aelux Systems LLC ("Aelux Systems," "we," "us") is a software company based in Arizona, USA. You can reach us at support@aeluxsystems.com or (602) 492-2848.

What we collect on this website

This website has no accounts, sign-ups, or forms, and it uses no cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only information involved is:

Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What you send us. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to share, and use them only to respond to you.

How we use it

To operate and secure this website, respond to your messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build marketing profiles.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers who process data only as needed to provide their service:

Vercel — hosts this website.
Google Fonts — serves the typeface this site uses; your browser requests it directly from Google.
Our email provider — delivers messages you send to us.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to help you and for ordinary business records. Hosting providers keep technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask questions about this policy by contacting support@aeluxsystems.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor valid requests.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information we receive.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
